Papautsky describes developing brain fog on starting chemotherapy for breast cancer.1 Brain fog affected my life both before and after diagnosis of hypothyroidism, as is typically seen in the disease.2 I got the diagnosis in 1989, at the age of 38, and my doctor prescribed levothyroxine.
